Class A warehouse complex for plant and seeds protection products
The first class A warehouse complex in the Krasnodar region for the storage of plant protection products and seeds for agricultural businesses
An agreement to carry out this project was signed at the Russian Investment Forum in 2019. The agreement was signed between the Krasnodar region administration, the Bryukhovetskaya district administration, and OOO RFL.
The warehouse complex comprises two warehouses, each covering an area of 10,000 square meters, dedicated to storing mineral fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, elite seeds, and similar products. The storage capacity for products at any given time is approximately 24,000 tons. Currently, the first phase of construction has been completed, with two warehouses of 5,000 sq.m each constructed for storing mineral fertilizers and seeds, along with an administrative building and engineering and technical support facilities. The total investment exceeded 1.3 million rubles. The project’s implementation will lead to the creation of over 40 new jobs in the first phase.

Construction of a production and warehouse complex
