Agreement on the implementation of this long-term project was signed at the International Investment Forum "Sochi-2014".
The total volume of investments required for the creation of such complex is estimated to be over 200 million rubles. The agricultural complex for the production of fresh, frozen and canned truffles that has no analogues in Russia is planned to be built with these funds in the Cossack village of Rayevskaya.
It is planned that the agricultural complex "Tryufelnaya Dolina" will be located on the territory of 200 hectares and include a production module of 20 thousand square meters, a storage shop with cold-storage chambers, facilities for disinfection, processing, packaging and storage of goods. For growing the most expensive in the world mushroom in the Kuban region, the project envisages the use of effective technology similar to those used today in Australia and New Zealand, where truffles are grown on oaks artificially infected with mycelium.
Now, the enterprise carries out the site planning where exclusive mushrooms will be grown and purchases mycelium. The agricultural complex is expected to supply its products to retail chains and restaurants, not only in Russia, but also abroad.
The project is planned to be fully implemented by 2025.
